Will these tool kits fit my central vacuum?
If your wand is the common 32 mm (about 1-1/4 in. outside diameter) size, yes. That includes most Beam, NuTone, Broan, Husky, Vacuflo, Hayden, Cana-Vac, Duovac, Cyclovac, M&S (MD), Astrovac, Electrolux systems and every InterVac piped system.
What will they not fit?
35 mm (1-3/8 in.) European-style wands, and portable canister vacuums such as Shark, Dyson or Miele. Measure the outside diameter of your wand: it should be about 1-1/4 in.
Why a stretch hose?
The TK-108 hose reaches 35+ ft and contracts when you let it go, so it is lighter to carry and easier to store than a fixed 35 ft crushproof hose.
Is the remote-control kit universal?
No. The TK-108-TB-RC has a transmitter in the grip and only works with InterVac units that have the matching receiver, so it is not listed here.
Adding a sweep port while you are at it?
The VacPort handles the crumbs so the hose can stay in the closet.
